That's exactly what we build for. Our polyaspartic topcoats are UV-stable, so your floor won't yellow in the sun or lift from hot tires the way cheap coatings do.

What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?

Epoxy is a proven, cost-effective base with a beautiful finish. Polyaspartic cures faster and handles UV and temperature swings better. It's ideal as a topcoat here in Arizona. Most premium floors use both.
